Polyurethane rubber
Polyurethane rubber is mid-range to firm hardness (Shore A40 – A90), high-performance. They offer superior strength, toughness, and abrasion-resistance that result in durable molds that capture and reproduce exact textures and the finest detail from any model.
Most concrete mixes and polyurethane resins require a suitable release agent.
Vacuum degassing mixed material using a vacuum pump and chamber to remove entrapped air is recommended
Features
- Two-part polyurethane rubbers
- Room temperature cure (cold cure)
- High hardness A40 – A90, which silicone rubber unable to reach
- Super-strength, 3 times strenght than silicone rubber, high abrasion-resistant, super-tough rubbers
- Reproduces fine details and textures
- Long-lasting, economical
- Ideal for high volume casting applications
- All rubbers can be demolded after ~16 hours
Typical Uses & Casting Materials
Primarily used for high production concrete casting, forming, texture mats and concrete stamps.

Instruction
- Stir Part A well before use, Stir Part B well before use.
- Vacuum degas air of Part A and Part B first.
- Weigh proper Part A and Part B using an accurate scale and a clean mixing container.
- Vigorously mix and scrape walls of the container, continue mixing fast within 2 minutes until uniform.
- Pour the mixture 2-3 inches above the pattern in a thin stream.
- Wait it to cure at room temperature.
- To get a higher strength, you can heat the mold in the oven under 100℃ for 4-5 hours again.
- put into production after 7 day
Important tips
- Before use, read the operation manual, please.
- Before large production, a small-scale test is recommended.
- Mixing A&B fast, within 2 minutes
- Use a vacuum to de-gas this product before use under pressure. Vacuum for 2-3 minutes
- A release agent is required
- In order to get the best performance, heat to cure is strongly recommended.
- Use a casting machine to operate is strongly recommended.
- Both Parts A and B react with atmospheric moisture and, therefore, should be resealed or used up as soon as possible after opening.
Package
Storage & shelf-life
9 months in unopened containers when properly stored.
Both Parts A and B react with atmospheric moisture and, therefore, should be resealed or used up as soon as possible after opening. Before resealing, a heavier-than-air, dry gas, can be sprayed into open containers to displace moist air and extend storage life.
